Otpera DocsWhatsApp OTP & order confirmation API

Verify users and confirm cash-on-delivery orders over WhatsApp with a few REST calls.

WhatsApp OTP

Create a verification, Otpera sends a one-time code on WhatsApp, then check what the user typed. Codes are never returned or logged.

Push an order and the customer confirms, postpones or cancels it on WhatsApp. The answer comes back by webhook.

HMAC-SHA256 signatures with timestamps, retries with backoff and a delivery log in the dashboard.

Paste one webhook URL into Shopify admin — no code, no app install.
